Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Under guidance develops programs, processes, and tools to support business effectiveness, employee development, employee relations,
rewards and/or client services.
Using professional skills, conducts on-going researches best practices and implements employee relations programs best fit to the company.
Implements plans at corporate, business unit and /or geography level and advises managers on the handling of routine employee grievances.
Assists in the design and delivery, and consults on employee and management development processes including succession planning, key
employee identification, & assessment.
With guidance, may conduct performance analyses to determine individual and organizational gaps and helps design solutions to address these
works with business and Leadership Team to develop pay programs.
The services provided cover multiple areas of human resources, education/training, employee development, communications,
compensation, benefits, record administration, organization or resource planning or other services.
Provides interpretation and counsel to line management regarding policies, programs, and practices.
Researches issues and develops recommendations to resolve line management issues.
Responsible for development and implementation of new policies, practices and programs to meet company and line
management needs.

People Manager
Responsible for supporting all HR activities for a key business unit
Supporting business head in managing people issues in a location/BU.
Overall responsibility for implementing & managing corporate HR policies
Responsible for leading, motivating, directing all team members
Typical interactions would be with external trainers, consultants,
candidates, BU's, employees and colleagues
Learning & Development
Under guidance, asses training needs and design and execute annual
training plan as per the needs
Ensures budget and schedules meet corporate requirements
Leads regional program development and implementation
Develops and delivers skill based training to broad audiences
Liaison with external trainers for execution
Recommends changes to business unit development objectives.
Knowledge of company and business direction allows for innovative
concepts and promoting new ideas. Leads sub-functional program
development and implementation projects. Develops and delivers skill
based training
Measure the training effectiveness post training sing industry standard
tools
Compensation and Benefits (C&B)
Experienced professional involved in managing a team member on payroll and related subjects.
Implementation of a broad range of reward practices and policies.
Builds knowledge of rewards management.
Manages complete R&R for pan India.
Monthly Payroll Execution
Rolling out merit salary increases or promotions related increases by organizing data.
Prepare trends, reports for management to take decisions on various C&B issues.
Designs and leads rewards implementation programs. Manages and is assisted by a team of professionals.
Identifies external partners and vendors. May be involved in developing budgeting and rewards strategy.
Responsible for outlining and implementing rewards strategy for the organization. Institutionalizes and improvises processes and systems in C&B, Performance Management. Responsible for managing quality issues and ensuring standards and processes are met & complied with.
Responsible for leading, motivating, directing all employees in C&B and Performance Management function
