o play an important role in the development of strategic talent plans aligned with organizational strategy, starting with the identification of talent strengths and needs.Translate business priorities into talent management outcomes and design approaches to help business leaders make talent decisions as well as develop and execute talent development plans and programs and the Diversity and Inclusion plan for an assigned organization.Provide overall leadership and guidance to the People Team and function by overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance, compensation and benefits.Design and implement people strategy in partnership with the leadership team to optimize growth, productivity, and engagement across organization.Create and implement policies/programs (benefits, talent development, compensation, etc.)Implement relevant systems and frameworks to develop and scale a world-class HR organization, including data and metrics to drive analysis and decisions related to the people function.Develop and own successful learning & development programs and create career path, development programs for continued employee growth.Own and continue to drive the global DE&I strategy and programs that create a diverse and inclusive work environment. Position Requirements A demonstrated experience and good understanding of the business and drive HR plans with a clear link between HR strategy and business strategy.10-15 years of HR experience, within which you should have 4-5 years in HR leadership position in manufacturing environment.You are comfortable operating in a matrix organization and manage ambiguity well. An effective communicator, you are able to engage, inspire, and influence people.Undergraduate degree in Human resources, MBA preferred.High proficiency in English & knowledge of one local language Country India Work Location Mumbai Company ITT India
