JOB DETAILS
Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy specifically in the areas
of talent management, L&D, organization design, performance management and any other
change management initiatives.
Detailed Job Description:
Helps in the process of organisation design namely structures, bands, grades &
designations, benchmarked HR policies, vision/ mission/ values.
Framing and finalising employee roles through Job evaluation and Job descriptions
Plays a vital role in managing people related organisation communication including
induction and orientation of new joiners.
Designs and implements people strategies in areas of Training and development
resulting in attraction, development and retention of critical talent.
Spear heads leadership talent and development through succession planning, critical
talent mapping, IDPs etc.
Designs and implements a robust performance management system to measure and
improve performance.
Ensure people engagement and retention through design and implementation of Staff
surveys, open houses, town halls to identify and address people pain points and
addressing issues.
Be a custodian of fair and inclusive culture including compliance and safety and
design policies and processes to maintain the same at all times.
Competencies required (Knowledge/ Skills/ Attitude):
Professional and in-depth working knowledge of HR including new people related
concepts in a fast paced manufacturing set up
Interpersonal skills.
HR related softwares including payroll, L&D, PMS
Very good MS office skills (Word/ excel/ ppt etc)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Having closely worked with leadership teams and in a corporate set up of a
manufacturing company.
