Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Strategic HR role required for growing IT company. This role is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition Teams and Generalist team. Managing Culture,
talent acquisition activities, smooth functioning of HRD by developing and executing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
working in growing SMEs in both TA and HR business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
* Creating a Type A team by hiring right and training continuously
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract,
source, and hire top talent across various job functions and levels.
* Improve, monitor, streamline and optimize recruitment processes.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices,
* Collaborate with stake holders
Core people Function:
* Create and implement HRBP structure in the near Future.
* Understand business units and their functions, understanding their
objectives and providing strategic HR solutions that align with organizational
goals.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and team members on HR-related
matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career
development.
* Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee
engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent
development.
* Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, conducting
investigations when necessary and ensuring compliance with HR policies and
regulations.
* Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and
provide data-driven recommendations.
* Has experience of working hands on Payroll and is able to monitor payroll
and related statutory compliance
* Create and Monitor training programs
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field (Masters degree preferred).
* A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on TA
and Core People Function
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in HR Applications like - HRMS, ATS, Assessment Tool,
Performance Management tool etc.
