Roles and Responsibilities Design compensation and benefits plans for employees across the organisation Ensure compliance with HR-related country-specific laws (for e,g, concerning employee safety, anti-discrimination etc) Ensuring the engagement and satisfaction of employees within the organisation Planning for and Conducting Performance Management Reviews periodically across the organisation Managing Disciplinary action activities where required Work with Operations and functionals teams to build and manage employee retention practices Conducting Exit interviews and completing exit processes for individuals HR department management Managing Recruitment including Planning recruitment requirements with operations and functional teams Creating Job descriptions, compensation plans and Job postings Managing recruitment vendors Creating and Coordinating recruitment events and activities to attract resumes and footfall Conducting interviews and other screening activities to identify the correct candidate Create, Negotiate and Close final Comp and Ben plans for employees Conducting Reference check for employees that are hired Manage Employee Life Cycle within the organisation
