END TO END CORE HR ACTIVITIES Employee relations:.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.
We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources.
You will be responsible to screen candidates, assess their skills and guide them through the onboarding process.
PF, ESIC, Arrears Calculation 1:Appointing the required staff in-co-ordination with other departments 2:verifying resumes and performing reference and background checks 3: Managing HR team of the organization 4:reviewing HR policies of the organization and application of the same Candidate should be having sound knowledge in Statutory requirements, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Acquisitions, Employee engagement, recruitments etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ensure the alignment of the training and development plan to the strategic objectives and priorities of the company.
Having telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them from HR point of view.
To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines Miscellaneous:.
Review and monitor the development of Training Budget and Calendar for all departments based on the needs identified and ensure adherence to the same.
To look after HR activities for the company To Handle all the Hr responsibilities like - Talent Acquisition, manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit, Performance appraisal, Training, Employee Welfare, Salary processing, Statutory Compliances.
Coordinate execution of various employee welfare activities across departments Drive the recruitment process at the regional level; Ensure timely recruitment of staff and workers with required skill sets as per approved manpower plan within reasonable costs.
Human resources managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning We are looking for someone with excellent HR and recruiting skills.
Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
