Expertise you have to bring in along with
Masters in Business Management /Post Diploma in Business Management in HR with experience of 10-15 years as Human Resource Business Partner domain
Excellent data management and analytical skills
Experience in using Success Factors, including its Learning Management System, will be an added advantage
Leadership (inspiring people, showing entrepreneurship, and walking the talk)
Results focus (demonstrating performance, risk taking, and can do attitude)
Compensation & Benefit experience and Learning & Development
Experience in designing / co-designing learning interventions.
