The responsibilities cross all functions within HR, including but not limited to employment, compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, global mobility, talent systems and analytics, timekeeping, and terminations
Due to the variety and breadth of responsibilities, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can think critically, act strategically, wrangle data and apply knowledge to the topic at hand to resolve issues

Responsibilities
This role includes, but is not limited to, responsibilities in the following areas:
To build strong relationships across India, plus Pakistan and Southeast Asia, with colleagues, managers and leaders; that enable Bentley to deliver on business objectives through innovative, supportive and compliant people practices.
To implement continuous improvement of regional HR processes, policy procedure; share knowledge and support the transformation of Colleague Success, aligned to Bentleys priorities.
To maintain and update the knowledge required to ensure robust compliance adherence across India, Pakistan, and Southeast Asia.
To manage complex grievance and complaint cases, partnering with Legal Leadership as needed.
To continually look for areas of improvement to aid in the successful delivery of the Colleague Success strategy; and pro-actively contribute to global Colleague Success projects and initiatives.
Champion for data analysis, reporting and modelling, able to create dashboards to provide meaningful insights.
Your Day to Day:
Empower colleagues to create their unique multi-dimensional success storied by enabling efficient and effective onboarding, colleague relations, talent management, and HR compliance, both as an individual and within a team of skilled HR professionals
Develop, communicate and execute key HR processes, policies, procedures and programs across the designated region, while driving continuous improvement
Maintain knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of colleagues in India and provide additional support to Southeast Asian countries and/or Pakistan.
Implement and improve frameworks reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Market, peer and competitor insight collection
Proactively collaborate with local and Business unit management, and acquisition integration team.
Provide coaching and advice to managers and colleagues in employment matters as a strategic and tactical advisor.
Contribute to and maintain a high quality, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
Assist in the deployment of talent management programs and procedures supported by the talent management system.
Implement and complete annual and quarterly HR programs and initiatives.
Actively contribute to HR projects and other general ad hoc HR duties.

What You Bring to the Team:
At least 8 years experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role.
Knowledge of compliance requirement and labour laws across India and other countries (including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan)
Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources Management in India, Southeast Asia and Pakistan, preferably gained in a global environment.
Strong aptitude for data analysis and modelling
Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, prioritize assignments, and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement.
A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively as well as handle sensitive and confidential situations with care.
A desire to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management experience and a very strong command of Excel preferred.
