Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop and implement onboarding programs.
Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters.
Manage performance management process.
Oversee leave management processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws.
Experience and Skills Required
2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
