We are looking for Human Resources Manager with Human Capital vision to support the companys mission and business strategy.
This position will report to General Manager - CPC Pumps International Inc. in Canada
Your mission will be to provide end to end HR solution to meet the continuing & future needs by focusing on effective employee development and engagement initiatives of CPC Pumps, India which is a project organization with Product company and sales organization merged together
To succeed, you will need
Duties and Responsibilities
-You will be working closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager and management team to ensure that HR is aligned with the business and the GAP strategies.
- You will contribute in making the company "First in Mind - First in Choice" for present and future employees, by recruiting & retaining the best talent and providing a smooth on boarding experience for the new joinees.
-You will ensure that we attract and employ the right people to the right organizational structure
-You will promote the internal job market by securing that all jobs within the organization are advertised on the portal and that all employees experience a standardized selection process; Ensure that the candidates receive feedback from the line managers
-You will assure that the people develop in line with the company s mission by defining, organizing and facilitating relevant competence development programs
-You will implement HR Policies and people management processes as per The Way We Do Things .
-You will make sure that appraisal system is properly implemented in the company
-You will establish employee communication platform to continuously enhance employee relationship. Formulate and drive various employee engagement , branding and retention initiatives.
-You will safeguard that diversity and health & safety policies, guidelines and improvements are implemented
-You will ensure compliance with employment laws.
-You will measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics
-You will improve & enhance the HR offering by implementation of best HR practices .
-You will act as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to act according to the company s values.
What we expect of you?
-Degree in any discipline and professional qualification in HRM from reputed Management Institute with 8 -10 years experience
- HR generalist with Human Capital vision, direction and leadership to support the Companys mission & business strategy.
- Professional knowledge and competence within all aspects of HR function with special focus on performance management and people development.
- Hands on experience and adequate knowledge of Labour Laws.
- Must be a strategist, illustrating the linkage between employee behaviours and company success.
- Must be an integrator, understanding policies, practices, procedures and tools for talent movement including new hires, expatriates, etc.
- Previous experience in managerial position for few years and prior responsibility in handling industrial relations and labour laws will be an advantage for this position.
