1. Generating Leads and Clients via. Cold calling, Facebook, Skype,
LinkedIn and other sources.
2. Identify potential clients for Recruitment, staffing, HR Corporate Training and payroll
business.
3. Meeting clients & giving presentation about our HR
services.
4. Follow up on the regular basis and send the proposal of our
company.
5. Negotiate the terms and conditions then close the deal.
6. Managing the recruitment & payroll and serving them on
time.
7. Achieving target on monthly basis.
8. Maintain & improve relationships with existing clients for
timely payment and to increase revenue.
9. Formulating & implementing new business strategies
according to the market trends.
10. Managing and Recording Reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis
11. Prepare Loss and Profit Report
12. Involved in end to end Recruitment.
13. Should have experience in handling team
14. Should be able to Motivate Team guide them during challenging situations.
15.Bulk hiring experience is an added advantage.
16.Candidates having experience in all types of recruitment will be an added advantage
17.Candidates from recruitment consultancy backgrounds are only required
18.Target oriented approach
19.Understanding requirements of the organization.
