JOB DETAILS
The following points must be noted:
Should be well verse with the roles of HR in manufacturing unit preferably from steel industry.
Should be able to tackle labour union related issues
Should be able to tackle security related issues
Should be able to mange administrative roles at plant level independently.
Should be able to manage payroll for staffs, workers and also contractual labour.
The Company does not have any facility for accommodation at the mentioned location.
Company is currently in insolvency process. It will not hamper the job .
