Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitments, Negotiations, Retentions.
Create process to measure the performance of individuals
Managing succession planning of staff
Assisting with the performance management and review process
Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources.
Proven experience of running the recruitment process independently.
Understand the priority for time sensitive hires & Act accordingly.
End to end recruitment cycle experience.
Find, Filter, Interview, Finalized, Background verification, Negotiations, extend final offer.
Improve our current inductions & on-boarding process.
High volume recruitment function with the ability to adapt constantly changing priorities
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and Make new strategies.
Undertake tasks around performance management
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Strong management and reporting skills with ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities
Proficient with different job boards/portals, social media and business software tools such as Microsoft Office applications
Strong English verbal/written communication is must.
Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
Prior expertise in scaling teams for start-ups is preferred.

MBA-HR/ MSW (PM & IR).
Excellent Communication and Negotiations skill.
Advanced Human Relation skills.
Process Oriented, Dynamic &Quick Learner
