Job description Company Profile: Belora Cosmetics was founded in Feb 2019 by Ainara Kaur and Akaljyot Kaur. Belora offers clean, high-performance, vegan makeup and beauty products - free from toxins and harmful ingredients. Belora is the first MADE SAFE certified makeup brand across Europe and Asia. The company has been funded by some of the marquee investors like Surge by Sequoia, DSG Consumers, Suhail Sameer, etc. and endorsed by one of the leading Bollywood's actors Kiara Advani. The company has achieved tremendous success from its customers thereby doubling the revenue every year. With its omni channel presence in both Online & Offline, the vision is to globalize the brand to various geographies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate With department managers to establish clear KRA and KPI. 2. Maintain accurate employee records including personal information, contracts. Performance evaluation etc. 3. Oversee entire employee life-cycle from recruitment on-boarding to off-boarding exit interviews. 4. Develop effective employee retention & employee growth strategies. 5. Develop and implement to foster positive and engaging work environment 6. Prepare report on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement etc. 7. Identify trends and area of improvement based HR data analysis Requirements Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferable over 5 years of experience In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour law and regulations. Strong understanding of employee life cycle management. Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRMS and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
