Job Title: Operations Manager & HR
Industry Type: Architecture / Interior Design & Built – Turnkey Contracting
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 5 years in the same industry
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organizational plans, strategies, and policies to address key issues.
Enhance processes, and policies to support our mission.
Provide administrative oversight of various programs, including special assessments.
Design, implement, and manage assessment and evaluation projects, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
Collaborate with team members to align evaluations with organizational goals.
Oversee office inventory activities and manage employee exit processes.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to optimize performance.
Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute projects and maintain client relationships.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
Develop measurement tools and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
Maintain detailed employee records and documents.
Coordinate HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, and resolving queries.
Produce internal company documents and communication material.
Implement and enforce HR policies to cultivate a positive work environment.
Requirements and Skills:
· Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of assessment and data analysis.
· Proven experience as an operations Manager or similar role.
· Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
Objectives of this Role:
· Maintain effective communication with managers, staff, and vendors.
· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
· Increase operational efficiency and capacity.
· Manage staffing requirements and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
