Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to selection, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and maintain an effective talent pipeline. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and confidentially. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives. Monitor and track employee performance and recommend necessary interventions. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver professional development opportunities aligned with school goals. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking, and compensation analysis to maintain competitive pay practices. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and school policies. HR Administration: Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining personnel records. Prepare reports and data analysis related to HR metrics and trends. Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and alignment with school priorities. Qualifications and Skills: MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in HR administration, preferably in an educational institution setting. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning in the field of HR management.
