Full job description
HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
. • Manage the recruitment and selection process
. • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
. • Attracting talent starts with first planning the requirement of manpower in the organization and creating an “employer brand” which will be representative of the organization’s good image and portray an attractive impression in the minds of potential candidates.
Plan employee engagement activities to keep employees engaged in the organization. • Engage talent towards specialized and niche skills to enhance the skill strength and offerings of the company.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner. • Host in-house recruitment events- Campus drives, pre placement talks.
Revise policies by being sensitive and aligning to the changing times.
Candidate Profile
Has taken care of complete Talent Acquisition
Proven working experience as HR Manager (4-6 Yrs)
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
