JOB DETAILS              
1. Hiring: - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. - Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and assist in the selection process. - Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. 2. Encouraging Discipline: - Foster a culture of discipline and professionalism throughout the organization. - Develop and implement disciplinary policies and procedures in line with company guidelines. 3. Timely Mails about Discipline: - Issue timely and appropriate disciplinary communication to employees as required. 4. Introduction on Time: - Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive introduction to the organization and its policies. 5. HR Activity Every Quarter: - Plan and execute HR activities quarterly (in January, April, July, and October) to promote team building and employee engagement. 6. In-House Activity on Saturdays: - Organize in-house activities on selected Saturdays each month, such as games, training sessions, or team bonding exercises. 7. Office Decorum: - Monitor and maintain office decorum and ensure company rules and regulations adherence. 8. Probation to Permanent Confirmation: - Manage the process of confirming probationary employees as permanent staff, following company guidelines. 9. Bifurcating Perks: - Distinguish perks and benefits for probationary and permanent employees based on company policies. 10. Gratitude Mails: - Send appreciation emails to employees on their work anniversaries to recognize their contributions. 11. Performance Discussions: - Conduct one-on-one discussions with employees who are not meeting performance expectations and develop improvement plans. 12. Leave Management: - Review and respond to employee leave applications promptly. - Share timesheets with the Accounting Department on the 1st day of each month. 13. HR Policy Drafting: - Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies as per company guidelines and legal requirements. 14. Profiling: - Maintain employee profiles and ensure that all necessary information is up to date. 15. Employee Gifting: - Coordinate and organize employee gifting programs on special occasions. 16. Grievance Handling: - Address employee grievances and concerns with empathy and professionalism. 17. Report Maintenance: - Keep records of employee leaves, overtime, and petty expenses. - Maintain monthly leave records and monitor employee in and out time. 18. Probation Period Records: - Maintain accurate records of employees' probation periods and evaluations. 19. 9 Hours Completion: - Monitor and ensure that all employees complete their designated 9-hour workday. 20. Monthly Birthday Celebration: - Organize monthly birthday celebrations on the last day of each month. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
