Handle entire hiring process and work within TAT
- Identify the current and future manpower requirement by communicating with CEO/CTO/BUH, prepare job description for the same
- Identify, plan & finalize the job boards for hiring within specified budget
- Profile screening and further process for hiring best talent, final negotiation of salary
- Manpower budgeting, maintain trackers/reports for hiring
- Manage hiring sources such as portals, consultancies, institutes, etc. Identify other sources for better hiring
- Framing and implementation of Policies and processes, compensation package, etc.
- Designing Training & Development Process, Employee welfare planning and implementation of the same
- Managing entire compliance part, ensure adherence of all compliance on timely basis
- Employee motivation, rewards and recognition, strategies to improve productivity.
- Performance management, JD, KRA, KPI setting
