Candidate should be staying in Navi Mumbai or near Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities
HR Processes & SOPs : Updating HR Processes & SOPs related to every HR function Ensure communication and adherance to the Processes & SOPs Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Business strategy Update & maintain regular HR MIS reports. Maintain & update HR documents and files regularly.
HR Operations: Ensure seamless work related to entire employee lifecycle Managing talent acquisition and recruitment process. Manage the attendance and payroll process and ensure all current statutory rules and regulations are followed. Manage employee on boarding and plan training & development activities as per the training needs of the organisation Ensure and maintain basic HR hygiene in the organisation Update & maintain employee & HR related documents properly.
Employee Performance Management KRAs to be drafted and assigned to each employee Ensure timely performance appraisal Help the employees to manage their performance as per their KRAs
Employee Engagement Be a trustable people champion who can balance people & Organisation needs Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Support current and future Business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems
