We are looking for an HR Manager who would be responsible for driving end to end HR functions - HR Operations, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, various HR related MIS and Data Management and Employee Engagement initiatives. Job description:- 1.Managing entire spectrum of the recruitment process for the vacancies assigned from short-listing CVs, screening candidates for interviews, conducting interviews, to releasing offers. 2. Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies. 3. Handling Joining formalities and conducting Orientation Program of new joined employees. 4. Verifying and Managing Attendance and leave of all employees. 5. Managing payroll processing function involving computation of attendance, leaves and deductions if any. 6. Preparing ESIC and PF Monthly Challans. Generating ESIC Temp Cards. 7. Responsible for Exit Interviews of Resigned employees, updating the feedback to management, which can help to control voluntary attrition. 8. Full & Final settlement of resigned employees within the defined TAT 9. Filling of returns, maintaining various records etc in regards to the statutory requirements. 10. Responsible for managing employee related queries and theirs resolution. 11. Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies, track employee escalations and take proactive steps. 12. Managing the daily office expense and petty cash.

Our new generation UPS are modular designed having features like N+X paralleling, digitally controlled. These systems are SNMP/NIPM compatible and can be monitored remotely with the recommended software. Our systems have been thoroughly evaluated by the recognized government testing houses like ETDC, ERTL and the like. Our initiative in refurbishing our existing manufacturing plants in technical collaboration with reputed internationally brands have further placed our banner in the echelons frequented by renowned MNCs in the world of power electronics.
