Roles and Responsibilities
He/She will be responsible for Interviewing Candidates and forwarding the profiles to the next on hierarchy.
Responsible for completing all Onboarding and Offborading formalities of employees, in accordance to the norms of the organization.
He/She will have to maintain the documental records of all employees and upload the necesarry details on the school portal.
He/She shall be resoponsible for 'Employee Care' and shall act as a bridge in between the Employee and the Management.
He/She shall be resoponsible for any uploading of data or details on government websites, as per requirement.
He/She shall have to prepare two general questionaires, seperately for the interview of Academic & Admin staff and get it checked from the Admin & Academic Head.
Employee retention is a challenge these days. He/She should be capable enough to talk and sort things out with aggravated employees and take things to the next hierarchy level if required.
Must have excellent communication skills (preferably without MTI)
Must have a soothing and calm personality.
Must be approachable.
Must be willing to serve the organization for a minimum of 1 year.
Must have a minimum experience of 2 years in Hiring Candidates.
Must be able to post job vacancies in Online Portals.
Can have corporate background, but with at least 1 year of experience in Education Sector.
Preferably MBA in HR.
Manage and oversee team of recruiters, including handling performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and counseling.
Recruiting Manager Requirements and Qualifications.
Experience in handling functions related to School Principal, Teaching and Non Teaching Recruitment professionals.
Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes.
Work with Management to implement productivity enhancement projects and processes.
Act as the key point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Prepare appointment letters/offer letter on successful joining of employee and introducing him in the organization.
Extensive experience in identifying, interviewing, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating rates for applicants with different work authorizations.
Hiring internal team / recruiters as an when required.
Model, monitor and ensure best-in-class candidate care through recruiting lifecycle.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Be responsible for the overall delivery of the team.
Opening for Recruitment Mgr having major exp in Head Hunting with good work exp in generalist role
Develop and Maintain Relationships with the Recruitment team and effectively handle team issues/grievances in a professional manner.
Working closely with Account Manager / Delivery Manager to anticipate requirements and get the requirements filled by recruiters.
7+ years of proven experience in recruitment.
Should have strong experience in training junior recruiters in terms of critical basic skills on IT Technologies, understanding requirements and motivation with adequate monitoring.
