JOB DETAILS              
The HR Analytics Lead will provide analytical and technical expertise to HR colleagues across levels and business units. The analyst will lead design and execution of HR analytical dashboards, their development, evolution and maintenance, and other projects designed to provide business and HR leaders with insights from people analytics perspective to help them to make decisions that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk and create ROI through strategic workforce acquisition, development, retention and engagement initiatives/ interventions The goal is to manage workforce information driving smart decisions in support of short- and long-term organizational goals. You would be required to manage various internal relationships to smoothly run the analytics function - Internal: o Global Head of HR o Global HR Leads o HR Business Partners o Recruiters o Business Leads Key Result Areas: - Collaborate within HR to identify the best ways to capture data necessary for subsequent data analysis and reporting - Collaborate and engage with business stakeholders to understand and provide relevant analysis and reporting - Developing and owning HR Dashboard: o Develop dashboards to be shared internally within HR and to business leads using Power BI and SharePoint Platform o Provide insightful action-oriented analysis of data o Track HR performance against defined metrics - Strengthening current HR Analytics capabilities by increasing metrics tracked, deriving insights, developing predictive analytics as applicable o Recruitment reporting metrics o HR Headcount and Attrition Reporting o Other HR Metrics o Learning & Development Metrics o Employee Engagement Analytics o Performance Analytics - Ad-hoc Reporting: o Delivering on ad-hoc reporting requirements as may be requested by HR or business leads - Continuous improvement: o Drive continuous improvement of the analytics function through greater automation, increased accuracy and data management practices What do we look for in you? - Bachelors degree desired in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MBA in HR - 4 - 8 years of experience in the HR Analytics exposure - Entrepreneurial spirit with an ownership-oriented attitude - An interest to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work on multiple projects at a time - Attention to detail and process oriented - Advanced Excel skills - Strong Data Visualization skills using Tableau / Power BI / Other Data Visualization tools - Intermediate Statistical Analysis Skills - Strong communication (written and verbal skills) - Persistence never say die attitude and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders successfully - Have a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality - Willingness to continuously learn and share learnings with others (grow yourself and the team)
