Job Description: HR MANAGER

GAMMA MARINE is a dynamic and innovative Maritime company committed to offering UK Competency Courses in India. We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
OVERVIEW:
An HR manager oversees human resource functions within an organization, including recruitment, employee relations, Benefits administration, and performance management. They develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
v Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle i.e. from hiring to exit of IT, Knowledge and core group employees and Co-ordination with various Division for recruitments requirements.
v Source potential candidates through online channels Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & others.
v Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, New empanelment of agencies & working with current staffing agencies for C2H & Regular recruitments.
v Monitor implementation of HR systems, such as Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Career and Succession Planning etc.
v Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's HR policies and practices.
v Ensure implementation of HR policy and compliance of the same and give inputs on HR policies w.r.t its compliance.
v Manage HR metrics and reporting, providing insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human Resources, Business Administration, or related filed.
2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
3. Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
4. Proven experience as an HR Manager with 5 years in leadership role
5. Proficiency in HR-related software
6. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Timing: Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm Navi Mumbai
