The HR Manager at our established 9-year-old agency in Thane plays a vital role in managing the human resources functions to ensure a productive, engaged, and motivated workforce. This role involves overseeing various HR activities, policies, and procedures to support the growth and success of our agency. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership and employees to create a positive work environment that aligns with our agency's values and goals.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
Manage employee performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Implement strategies to enhance skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
Support employees in achieving their career goals within the agency.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee employee benefits
Collaborate with relevant providers to ensure seamless benefits administration.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports for management.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and suggest improvements in HR policies and practices.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in a dynamic agency or similar creative environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
A proactive and collaborative approach to HR management.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
