1. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse fields after identification of manpower requirements.
2. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
3. Arranging and reviewing job analysis, job descriptions and human specifications.
4. Drafting ads, screening CVs and maintaining records, co-coordinating with placement agencies.
5. Responsible for completing joining and orientation formalities and documentation of new employees.
6. Maintaining and Preparing offer and appointment letters, annual track list of increments, appraisal reports and confirmations of employees.
7. Calculating Employees’ and contract employees’ salaries.
8. Coordinating with C.A consultants regarding opening of PF account and completing related formalities.
9. Coordinating with Bank regarding account opening of new employees.
10. Processing full and final settlement calculation and exit documentations.
11. Maintaining Leave Management system of the employees and maintaining the records for the same.
12. Handling the inward and outward courier and keeping their records for future need.
13. Maintaining all Employee’s and school’s confidential documents.
