1. The incumbent shall have experience in end-to-end HR management experience in a University or an educational institution. 2. The roles and responsibilities encompass sourcing candidates from portals, scheduling their interviews, coordinating with the selection committee and preparing offer letters. 3. Experience in implementing HR software for various aspects pertinent to the HR function such as leave & attendance management would be an added advantage to the candidature. 4. The incumbent should also be versed in carrying out exit formalities such as FnF, issuing experience letters and other administrative tasks. Desired Candidate Profile 1. The incumbent shall have an experience of 5-7 years in end-to-end HR function preferably in an educational institution 2.
