Responsibilities :
To act as a Business partner by supporting the management in business performance improvement.
To support growth by developing and executing right people strategy.
Implementation and management of HR system and processes as per the guideline from sector and Country
Challenge and advice the management in order to improve our managerial performance
Build employee engagement through career counselling, engagement initiatives, HR policies, building and reinforcing positive work culture etc
Implement key people processes and system like Performance Management Cycle, development / Improvement plans, Mobility, Training Need Identification ,Succession planning etc
Desired Candidate Profile :
Professional HR specialization from the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Management Institutes.
Good exposure to core HR functions – Recruitment, Manpower planning, Training, Compensation and support business by developing right HR strategy etc.
Multitasking and managing complexity.
