Job Description:
- Managing all activites related to Human Resorces, Office Administration and
Policies.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of
hires by department.
- Publish and remove job ads on trending multiple platforms like Linkedin,
Naukri etc.
- Employee Joining and Exit formalities.
- Issuing & maintaining employement documents like offer letters, confirmation
letters, ID cards etc.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts, monthly attendance, leave records etc.
- Explain & Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number
of paid leaves, health policy etc)
- Update internal databases (eg. new hire information,staff leaves, policies
etc)
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal
compliance.
- Updating, reviewing and providing guidence in revising company policies.
- Organise, Create and distribute guidelines about Holidays, Office activities
like Office Events, Staff Birthdays, Special - Celebrations etc.
- Ready to take up any new task given with active partcipation.
