JOB DETAILS
Responsible for end to end recruitment coordination process for junior, middle and senior level positions.
Regular interaction with the management / HOD for understanding the requirement and business needs.
Creating reports on monthly and need basis in excel sheet
JOINING AND INDUCTION:
Completion of joining formalities, verification of documents of new hires within organization and creating their employee id and completing other obligations.
Responsible for taking induction programs for new joiners and making them well verse with the organization policy and procedures.
To complete HR formalities like Offer Letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion letter, Increment letter, relieving letter, Exit Interviews.
Preparing, Giving Offer & Appointment Letters of the Candidate.
Monthly Employee Engagement Programs
General HR operations like questions related to policy queries or employee grievances
Coordination with HOD or Directors to get interviews conducted with shortlisted candidates
Attendance and payroll (Can be taught if needed)
