Job description:
1. Clearly understand the talent portraits and talent reserve requirements of each business line in the city, promote talent identification, reserve, cultivation, mobility, replacement in the city, and build a solid talent echelon;
2. Ensure that the country's business logic is in line with the company and regional logic, meet the company's customer value requirements, clearly understand the company and business line mechanism, and ensure that it is implemented in the city;
3. Timely feedback on the operation of the country's mechanism, personnel structure and organization, and promote optimization;
4. Pass on the culture to ensure that the regional students understand the mission and vision, ensure that the values are upheld in their home country, and create a cultural atmosphere of customer orientation, openness, entrepreneurship and vitality in the city.
job requirements:
1. Three years or above HR work experience, bachelor degree or above;
2. Familiar with the daily management workflow of human resources, with strong sense of responsibility and principle;
3. Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good learning ability, clear thinking, quick thinking;
4. Integrity, cleverness, optimism, solidness, introspection, and entrepreneurial spirit.
