JOB DETAILS              
1.Responsible to report to Managing Director. 2. Responsible for human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, good attainment and standards. 3. Shall responsible for identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants 4. Shall responsible to administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. 5. Shall responsible to allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. 6. Shall responsible for provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. 7. Shall responsible for perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures. 8. Shall responsible for advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes. 9. Shall responsible for analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. 10. Shall responsible for plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. 11. Shall responsible for serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. 12. Responsible for represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. 19. Responsible for negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labour contracts. 20. Responsible for prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs. 21.Responsible for preparation and follow budgets related to general administration and safety related activities of the organisation. 22. Responsible for develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests. 23. Responsible for oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions. 24. Responsible for study relevant legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess staff and labour pay and allowances and other related financial implications. 25. Responsible for disciplinary activities of staff and labours of the organisation. 26. Responsible for coordination of security guard supervisor activities and their general surveillance of the company. 27. Responsible for integrated pest management approach with good manufacturing practice (cGMP) and hygiene regulations. 28. Responsible for statutory compliances of payroll management system, performance management systems, provident fund, ESI, labour license compliances and its returns. 29. Responsible for forming and execution of various policies like attendance leave recruitment, tour, and expenses. 30. Responsible for full and final settlement, grievances and other welfare activities of staff and labours of the organisation. 31. Any other job assign by superior as and when required. Joint Responsibility: 1. In absence of Deputy General Manager, HR Executive will be responsible for job work related to Deputy General Manager
