What you will be doing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure that they meet our requirements and align with our company values.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Provide generalist HR support to our employees, including managing employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company values and business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees.
Manage the HR information system to ensure that it is updated and accurate.
Prepare HR reports and analysis as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
