Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager- HR & Administration Job Title: Sr. Executive HR & Administration Qualification: MBA (HR). Location: Mumbai Experience: 3 to 6 years in similar role , preferably a female candidate. Reports to: Director Working Relationships: Working with Accounts team, IT team & the Director, engaging in employee welfare activities like training, planning for team outings, etc. team and checking on their availability at . Co-ordinating with the employees & the director s on a regular basis and updating, KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Power point and Word Handling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Short listing, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis Responsible for organizing regular staff welfare activities Organize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (including booking rooms, arranging refreshment, etc) and support the team in the preparation of information, etc Organize and priorities commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action where required Conducting Employees satisfaction surveys Plan and co-ordinate with the external / internal trainers & consultants to ensure training programs are run smoothly Designing & Updating the training manuals / individual training records of employees, assisting the organization to achieve their set targets within the stipulated time limit Administer and ensure timely completion the Performance Appraisal Assessment for employees on a yearly basis Support in Policy & Process formulation & implementation – manuals and implementing them Responsible for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files, working out compensation for new entrants, confirmations and final settlements Responsible for Statutory compliances and accounting of PF, ESI, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees,etc Responsible for Payroll Management, Training & Development, Performance Appraisals, General Office Administration, etc Assist the team to implement and maintain relevant admin systems to support the HR operations Handling Time Office and maintenance of attendance & leave records Ensure all HR processes are as per ISO 9000 requirements JOB SPECIFICATION: Exceptional organizational and administrative skills Experience in office management Good written and spoken English and presentation skills Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, outlook, etc Confident personality Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach Able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative and independent decision Ability to prioritize own work load and work to tight time scales & deadlines Ability to deal with a wide range of public and private qualities/attributes Ability to work with and engage staff at all levels within the organization Able to remain positive and constructive under pressure Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within sphere of work and knowledge Flexible to travel around to different locations on a occasional basis Flexible approach to working hours and practices Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month Experience: management: 5 years (Required) work: 5 years (Required) Education: Master's (Preferred)
