Roles and Responsibilities
Business Partner - Managing and supervising day to day activities includes Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement activities, Employee Relations, and Statutory Compliance, Performance Management System, Contract Manpower Management, Vendor Management, Compliance Audits, Employee Counselling etc.
Talent Management: Responsible for implementing and executing processes to ensure best in industry experience for Employees throughout their life cycle in the organization. Introduced best practices to support and enhance employees Performance including Job evaluation and job analysis by using proven methodology.
Talent Acquisition: Responsible for manpower planning, job evaluation and manpower supply as per agreed and approved budget. Developed multiple programs to ensure the leadership pool is available for future needs.
Performance Appraisal Management: Responsible for Performance management, ensuring Developing, designing and Implementing the best possible performance evaluation methods. Manage Goals/ KRA setting, Mid-year review, Facilitating performance review discussions and Performance counseling. Rolling out annual increments within the approved AOP.
Reward and recognition / Engagement: Responsible for budgeting, planning and implementing multiple reward and Recognition policies for various business divisions and. Ensuring performing employees are recognized on various platforms to ensure high retention. Conducting and developing interventions based on employee engagement surveys.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should have minimum 6 years experience in HR
2. Currently working in corporate office in general HR role
3. He should have experience in HR business partnering
4. Presently working as HR Manager
