3)Compensation:
Time keeping record maintaining
Salary calculation based on attendance record & OT records
Salary slip printing & distribution to employees
Handling salary grievance
Preparing PF ESIC & PT Sheets
Coordinating with PF consultant for PF ESIC payment & Issues.
4) Training & Development:
Preparing training need analysis Preparing training calendar
Coordinating training program & documentation
Conducting training evaluation
Performance Management:
Providing training on performance management process to everyone
Conducting performance evaluation interviews
5) Exit Formalities:
Conducting exit interview
Doing F&F Payments.
