1. Must be able to Develop, implement and monitor HR systems and processes across the organization
2. Strong networking skills with recruitment and training agencies
3. On time follow up with candidates and ensuring timely closure of vacancies
4. Handling employee joining and induction process
5. Employee data management
6. Exposure to managing labour contractors, labour workers and other service providers
7. Salary and Wages Management
8. Performance appraisal processes
9. Smooth functioning of admin related activities
10. Good understanding of statutory and legal compliance
11. Grievance redressal
12. Record keeping of all mandatory documents related to factory building, Labour Codes and other Statutory Compliances
13. Good verbal and written communication skills
14. Sound subject knowledge with current trends
