Position: Deputy Manager/ Manager - HR, Learning and Development
Reporting to: DGM OD and Talent Management
Position Overview:
With the plan to start a full-fledged Unichem Learning Academy (ULA), a resource will be required at the corporate level that would look after training activities. She/ He will be responsible for designing the training framework, training need analysis, delivery of training programs and proper documentation. Major focus will be functional training especially in plants. The candidate must have experience in managing Learning Management System (SAP SF preferred)
Experience: 7-10 years
Location: Mumbai. The role will involvestravelling
Qualification: MBA or equivalent from reputed B-School preferably with engineering background
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and executing Learning and Development strategy delivering value to the organization with focus on functional training especially in plants.
Training Needs Analysis
Identifying training and development needs through job analysis and evaluation of performance management system
Liaising with the functional/ plant heads to identify training programs as per the TNA (Training Needs Analysis) requirements
Designing and Developing Programs
The individual will be responsible for content management and development (as per the requirements), designing training and development programs based on organizational, functional and individual needs
Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant stakeholders in the organization
Producing training materials for in-house courses
Creating training and development programs within budget and focus on Return on Investment
Training Management
Managing the delivery of training and development programs
Ensuring that statutory and regulatory training requirements are met
Evaluating training and development program
Amending and revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
Helping line managers and trainers solve specific problems either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
LMS
Management of Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking training hours
Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting and Audits
Functional Training
Creating framework for functional trainings
Liaisoning with vendor for establishing a functional training academy
Overall responsibilities of smooth operation of the functional training academy
Others
Being a role model in living the organizational values
Research latest best practices in learning and development areas and keep abreast of latest trends to serve as a subject matter expert and guide organization on critical people issues.
