Responsibilities :
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent for non-technical hiring from diverse sources as per manpower requirements.
- Responsible for Junior Level and Mid-Level Hiring.
- Manage the recruitment (must have experience in Sales hiring) and selection process
- Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Provides feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Required Skills:-
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills.
- Should be target oriented.
- Has the ability to work as an Individual contributor & also work with a team when and wherever required
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent management skills
- Recruitment experience mandatory
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
