Handle the recruitment process
Induction of new joinees as well as joining and onboarding formalities.
Time Management: Maintaining Attendance, Leave Updating, Reporting Matrix.
Payroll: Handling payroll of the staff. Also handling exit interviews and Full and Final settlements.
Statutory Compliances: Taking care of necessary statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF etc.
MIS: Responsible for monthly payroll MIS as well as preparing other statistical data, functional reports required by management from time to time
Performance Appraisal: Implementing performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating with line managers for the same
Annual returns and Govt. Liasoning: Responsible for various annual returns such as Factory returns, ASI return etc. Also coordinating with Govt. authorities for different liasoning activities
Contract Labour Management: Hiring employees through Various Manpower agencies (Outsourced employee). Maintaining and updating records of outsourced employees. Looking after Contract labour registration of manpower agencies, also checking the statutory compliances etc.
Employee grievances: Taking effort to resolve employees grievances through proper channel.
Employee Welfare: Maintaining good relation with all the staff and workers to help them to work better. Formulating and implementing general as well as employee welfare policies.
Audit: Handling statutory audit conducted by internal and external auditors. Provide them the necessary details as and when required.
Admin.: Managing admin activities such as supervising security and housekeeping (third party). Lockers and Uniform Management, Vendor Management (for canteen) and AMC renewals for assets.
