Job Description: We are seeking a talented and proactive Human Resource Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Handling recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate seamless integration into the organization.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and effective resolution to HR-related issues.
Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Support HR policies and procedures implementation and ensure adherence across the organization.
Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR systems and databases.
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in human resources or related roles preferred.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
