JOB DETAILS              
We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. To handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. Responsibilities : - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) - Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees - Design and update job descriptions - Source potential candidates from various online channels. - Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates - Screen incoming resumes and application forms - Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) - Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests - Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally - Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire Requirements : - Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role - Experience with sourcing techniques - Understanding of referral programs - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Sound judgment - Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position - PC literacy (MS Office, in particular) - Basic knowledge of labor laws - Excellent organizational skills - Strong communications skills
