Human Resource Management
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
Undertake tasks in performance management. Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Assist in Time & Leave Management.
Develop and implement employment engagement strategies.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
