JOB DETAILS
1) Sets the criteria for nomination of trainees to join the training courses.
2) Work to measure the productivity of work in all its units and take appropriate measures to improve the productivity of workers.
3) Work on spreading and spreading the spirit of seriousness in performance and adherence to the rules and regulations of the work by giving example in the behavior and the pursuit of firmness and justice in the leadership.
4) Supervises the study of the training needs of the employees of the company and establishes and supervises the implementation of the annual training plan.
5) Supervises the development of the training plan based on training needs and analysis of these needs.
6) Supervises summer training programs, cooperative training and employment training.
7) Develop a plan for on-the-job training based on performance reports and fill the gap between job requirements and employee skills.
8) Participates in developing second-grade programs and preparing alternative.
9) Contact companies specialized in the field of training and qualifying human resources to identify the type of programs that can be used in the company in the light of an objective assessment of the performance of employees and the necessary reports for approval.
10) Manage the training operations of the company either through internal training programs or through external contracts with taking the necessary procedures to evaluate these programs as well as the evaluation of trainees.
11) Supervises the application of human resources regulations based on the employees of the activities of the department.
12) Supervise the development of training programs to raise the abilities and skills of employees in the activities of the incumbent and work to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of these programs and develop proposals for their development.
13) Evaluation of the training programs and systems chosen or developed to raise the skills of the staff and periodic evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems and programs and the ongoing work to develop and improve the results.
14) Compliance with the standards and controls adopted to achieve the quality of performance and take action to ensure the application of these systems.
NOTE : Minimum + 5 years’ experience in big poultry company.
