HR Compliances, IR & Operations Framing various HR policies as per the requirement of the company and management decision. Coordinating and implementing the various company policies.
Liasioning with the govt. officials especially with Industries Department, pollution department, P.F/ E.S.I department.
Filling returns under Factory Act, ESIC, PF etc. Maintaining various Registers under Factory act.
Various Renewals factory license, Consent for pollution, Contract labor management. Handling labor issues.
Maintenance of Employee records, Time office keeping, Pest control, Safety measures.
Wage and Salary Administration, Payroll Management.
