Trainer and Human Resource Manager
As SkillSphere Education continues to grow with numerous talented individual forming a part of it,
the requirement of a human resource manager in a mid sized fast growing organization like ours has
become very important. We are looking for someone with at least 1-1.5 years of HR experience to
take up this role in our organization to manage and implement set HR systems for our employees.
Apart from this, being an educational organization, the individual will also be heavily involved in
training process and shall be conducting our educational programmes on a case to case basis in
different schools and colleges across the country.
Responsibilities and Duties
A Typical Week in the Life of a Trainer and Human Resource Manager
- Implementation of HR systems and monitoring them. These include various aspects of HR
including leaves, compensatory offs, punctuality, collection and processing of
reimbursements, scheduling of trainers and freelancers for different sessions, adherence to
set timelines by different employees, among other similar roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitating the conduct of HR development training sessions within the organization for
continuous employee growth and development
- Serving as a intermediary between the management at SkillSphere Education and the
management with respect to HR queries and suggestions
- Working on recruitment of freelancers, interns and employees via online job portals, offline
sources and other modes on a regular basis.
- Traveling to different educational institutions across the country and conducting educational
programmes/events/other initiatives. Outstation travel does not exceed 5-7 days per month
and shall take place purely on a case to case basis.
- Basic public and client relations during visits for conducting educational programmes.
- Completing all follow up work including drafting reports and studying feedback forms
associated with different workshops/programmes/events.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
What Should You Be Good at?
- Systems management and implementation: Ensuring adherence to systems is a core part of
your role.
- Communication skills. You must be able to speak freely and confidently with any person
right from 8 to 80 years of age.
- Global, national, and general awareness. More importantly, you must be adept at keeping
abreast with important developments in the world via the internet, newspapers etc.
- Public speaking. While we don’t expect you to be a Barack Obama, you should not suffer
from stage fright or a complete lack of confidence when it comes to speaking in front of
crowds. If this is not a problem, don’t worry about other nuances of public speaking. You will
be trained comprehensively for conducting workshops,/ educational programmes and
/events.
- You must be passionate about the field of education and teaching students. We are looking
for people who are motivated about influencing social change through skill set development
- Interpersonal skills and collaboration.
