About the Role
Boom Live is looking for an enthusiastic HR Professional who will manage the entire HR function of the organization. Your role would be to manage the distributed teams and build the pulse of the organization. The employees at BOOM Live work with tough and difficult news on a daily basis. The teams are distributed across various parts of the world and India. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for employee engagement and well-being along with all the General HR Functions.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety & Wellbeing
Ensure that their internal policies relating to employee welfare are being followed and upheld.
Be in regular touch with all employees and look out for their safety and wellbeing.
Tie-up with external experts and consultants to conduct regular sessions with people and teams.
Take charge of the emotional well being and pulse of the employees.
2. Learning & Development/ Career Planning
Align individual goals with the organization's goals.
Ensure that people are constantly growing, are challenged and motivated.
3. Culture & Team Building
Look for innovative ways to engage teams with activities, outings, discussions.
Engage employees in distributed teams.
4. Recruitment, Onboarding, Exits, Beyond
Identify the hiring needs of each department head and build a strong process.
Build unique and efficient onboarding processes to achieve smooth culture and technical learning.
5. Compliances
A background and understanding of handling compliance-related matters (statutory licenses, labour compliance, employee benefits, etc).
Does this Sound Like You?
Must have:
5-7 years of progressive experience in General HR/Organization Development.
Past experience of at least 2 years working with a start-up/growing organization - setting processes.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Past experience working with distributed teams.
