Require for 140+ beds tertiary care multispeciality hospital near Thane.
Requirements : MBA (HR) with hospital experience of 5-10 years. Should have handled generalist profile including industrial relations, recruitment of clinical and non clinical personnel like Doctors, nurses, admin staff. Labour Law knowledge and compliances is must. General administration etc. Should also poses experience of handling, class 4 employees, drafting showcause/chargesheet etc. Experience from NABH accredited hospital will be preferred.
