- Compensation benchmarking, Design & Execution
- Coordination with the Regional Team(APAC) for Leadership Compensation
- Management & interpretation of HR Policies & Process
- Responsible for managing Pan India Payroll Operations
- Resolution of Employee queries in a time bound manner
- Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor
- Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages)
- Managing employee benefits program
- Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance
- Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances
- Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations)
- Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc)
- Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes
