Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking a mature HR manager to support top management to manage the human capital of the organization by developing, recommending, implementing/coordinating program and policies encompassing.
He or she will have a team of HR executives to work under.
Candidate should have experience in:
Managing entire spectrum of the recruitment process for the vacancies assigned from short-listing CVs, screening candidates for interviews, conducting interviews, to releasing offers.
Joining Formalities-Welcoming & providing Induction for new Joinees-Making them familiar with the working of our system, Processes & procedures.
Designing & issuing offer letters, appointment, confirmation, increment, transfer, and etc
Managing payroll processing function involving computation of attendance, leaves, OT and deductions if any.
Preparing ESIC and PF Monthly Challans. Generating ESIC Temp Cards.
Formulating and supervising staffing Compensation plan & policies, KRAs, goal setting, midyear & annual review and year-end appraisal.
Having the experience of team management, vendor management and asset management.
Employee Engagement & Employee encouragement activities
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Conduct exit-Interviews & Full and Final Settlement.
